Oregano is a popular herb in the mint family that’s known for its impressive medicinal qualities. Its plant compounds offer antiviral properties. In a test-tube study, both oregano oil and isolated carvacrol reduced the activity of murine norovirus (MNV) within 15 minutes of exposure. MNV is highly contagious and the primary cause of stomach flu in humans.
Oregano oil, diluted with a carrier oil, if placed topically on the sinus' and behind the ears and down the throat will help dry up and clear congestion, sinus infections, ear infections, or sore throats.

When in doubt, use silver. It does it all, it boosts the immune system, is anti-bacterial, anti-funal, anti-viral, etc.
Not all silver supplements are created equal so be sure whatever brand you are purchasing is 20 parts per million (ppm). Silver is a metal so if the supplement has anything over 30ppm the body has a hard time processing and filtering the silver through. And less than 20ppm it is not strong enough to be a benefit.
Colloidal Silver is very safe to use on children. I use it for everything, anytime they are getting sick with anything I will give them a teaspoon of silver. Goopy eyes? I dropper silver in them. In a gel form colloidal silver is great to use topically on any scrapes, cuts, or infections.

Anytime my kids have a cough I make a garlic paste with a few cloves of garlic and 1/4 cup of coconut oil. Blended in a food processor. Stored in a mason jar and applied to their chest multiple times a day.
